Proverbs 26:1. As snow in summer, and as rain in harvest, So honor is not seemly for a fool. Snow and rain are great at their proper times. When the seasons changes from Winter to Spring, there is no expectation for the month of March to be in the 70-degree range (in northern climates), so when there is, there is anticipation for some inclement weather soon to come. Snow in the summer is out of place, as honor (respect) for a foolish person. A foolish person has earned no respect, so if given it is out of place and soon his foolishness will make YOU look like the foolish one, even if for a moment.

75 outside right now in north Texas in March (does that qualify as "northern climates"?).
