LIKE A PIECE OF DRIFTWOOD

Proverbs 14:1. Every wise woman buildeth her house; But the foolish plucketh it down with her own hands.

What kind of house is she going to build? It will not be a house of sticks, drywall, nails, and screws. It will be a house of love, a house where the leader of the family is honored and respected; where the queen of the home is treated with all reverence, honored by both husband and children. Where everyone within will know there are rules to live by and love is genuine because it is understood and lived. The foolish woman, however, has none of these things because her decisions are bad and with bad decisions come responses that are unpleasant. Though she tries to make things right, her moral and spiritual foundation is floundering and wandering back and forth like a piece of drift-wood on the water. #proverbs #home, #family, #love, #driftwood
