Just a short post about a few podcasts I recommend. There are others produced by brethren, but these are on my subscription list:
One Gospel Minute (David Hill, president at Tennessee Bible College, gives a quick take on a gospel truth. No one’s in such a hurry you can’t squeeze in one minute to listen. It’s just getting going, so episodes are few, but if you subscribe you’ll be in on the ground floor, plus it’s got the best ending music of any podcast I’ve heard.)
My God and My Neighbor (Kerry Duke, Tennessee Bible College vice-president, has a new podcast covering Bible topics taking longer than a minute. Kerry has written great material for years [several articles have found their way into my church’s bulletin] and this is a new way folk can profit from his studies.)
Think Deeper (This one, from Focus Press, has three young preachers, Jack Wilkie, Joe Wilkie, Will Harrub discussing an array of subjects that affect the church. And, they’re not afraid to tackle the controversial.)
Authentically Adam (Wayne Jones, incoming director of the Bear Valley Bible Institute, always does a good job with his subject which, in this case, is biblical manhood. He speaks with experience, and an eye toward application.)
All these can be accessed on your podcast app, or you can click on the above webpage links. If you’ve got a good recommendation for a podcast produced by those in the Lord's church, you can drop it in the comments below. Have a great week!
Thanks for the shoutout!
